Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role will contribute to both large-scale strategic programmes and shorter, hypothesis-driven analytical projects, while also supporting broader ways-of-working initiatives across the function.
Accountabilities:
- Drive the delivery of strategic and analytical initiatives across the Commercial Strategy function, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
- Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Conduct structured analysis to test hypotheses, generate insights, and develop clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations that translate complex analysis into compelling narratives.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation and escalation where required.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives, including executive reporting, workshops, and strategic offsites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation, strategy, or consulting environments.
- Experience working on strategic projects and/or analytical problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools is advantageous.
- Project management experience preferred, but not essential (hands-on, analytical mindset is critical).
