Responsibilities
The Strategy Manager will support the delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting corporate strategy and operating model design workstreams
- Contributing to operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives
- Supporting commercial strategy analyses and growth initiatives
- Assisting in the structuring and execution of strategic programs
- Developing structured analyses, business cases, and executive materials
- Tracking initiative progress and supporting governance routines
- Coordinating with cross-BU teams
- Complying with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
- 4–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred)
- Experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects
- Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic environments
- Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform-based businesses is a strong plus
