Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange

The Pricing & Interchange team is tasked with defining the economics of card payments across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This team manages and defines economic flows in the payment ecosystem, utilizing interchange and pricing levers to drive significant shifts and bolster P&L resilience.

As a Manager in this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, including country managers and finance teams, and will be involved in various strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis to evaluate the impact and appeal of interchange and pricing initiatives at both the country and product level.
• Analyze competitive positioning at different product and customer levels.
• Identify best practices in interchange and pricing.
• Actively participate in strategy, acceptance, and competitive economy projects.
• Prepare management presentations.
• Oversee the interchange and pricing initiative cycle to ensure effective communication and implementation.

• Proven expertise in modeling using Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on leveraging AI when applicable.
