Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of technology systems and infrastructure for the project.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet project requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including IoT, AI, and smart city solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for timely delivery and installation of technology systems.
- Provide expert-level support for all technology systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Develop and implement system monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical problems.
- Act as the primary contact for technology-related matters, liaising with various stakeholders.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the project.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance of all technology systems with local regulations and international standards.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology management or systems support.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale technology implementations, preferably in urban development.
- Experience in smart city technologies, IoT, and AI integration is highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
