ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will act as the key Supply Chain point of contact for Development and Commercial projects, partnering closely with PMO, Finance, Commercial, Project Managers, and Department Heads to ensure timely procurement, effective cost management, operational continuity, and compliance with the company policies and governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procurement: Lead procurement activities across 60+ projects, ensuring timely and compliant PR/PO execution within approved budgets. Maintain regular PR/PO tracking and proactively resolve delays and issues.
  • Sourcing & Commercial Support: Partner with PMO, Finance, and Commercial teams on supplier selection, cost estimates, quotations, business cases, and sourcing of critical components to support project and customer requirements.
  • Logistics: Proactively manage logistics risks and critical deliveries in coordination with Project Managers and Department Heads to minimise impact on project timelines.
  • Facilities: Oversee lease contracts and assess financial impact to support effective commercial and operational decisions.
  • Receiving & Warehouse: Ensure timely clearance of GRNs and SAP transactions to support accurate project costing and prevent payment or supply disruptions.
  • Vendor Management: Drive timely supplier registration and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain payment continuity and effective supplier relationships.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Partner with Finance and PMO to monitor PR/PO spend against budgets, identify variances, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to the company Supply Chain DOA and governance requirements, including Competition Waivers, CAPEX, Asset Creation, budget controls, audit documentation, KPI reporting, and cost-saving submissions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Business Partnering.
  • Strong experience managing complex, project-based Supply Chain environments.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement governance, budgeting, ERP/SAP processes, and supplier management.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
