Responsibilities
- Design a diverse portfolio of touchpoints, including cultural rituals and growth moments, to remove friction and empower employees.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships within your squad to accelerate execution and improve decision-making quality.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and identify opportunities.
- Lead the discovery process for your squad, owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation.
- Immerse yourself in understanding our employees: their identities, values, motivations, and obstacles.
- Use employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to prioritize problems and solutions based on needs and impact.
- Build for scale by rapidly ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions across diverse roles and contexts.
- Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating and owning the dependency map.
- Define success metrics before product launches and report honestly on performance, including any underperforming products that may require rescoping or discontinuation.
- Partner with leaders and People Partners to create adoption plans, communications, and enablement strategies for managers, ensuring a positive reception from internal users.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products to market or to a large internal audience.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and thriving in collaborative environments.
- Proven capability in defining solutions based on research, data, and insights.
- Genuine interest in building world-class employee experiences.
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable iterations.
- Experience in innovation and launching new products or business models to market is a strong plus.
