Key Responsibilities

  • Program Design: Lead the creation and delivery of best-in-class learning and leadership development programs.
  • Utilize latest technologies, learning design theories, and instructional design methodologies to create best-in-class experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through business and people metrics.
  • Coaching and Leadership Development: Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching to senior managers to enhance performance and career growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the execution of programs and development projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.
  • Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or related roles.
  • Mental agility: Able to adapt to change and find the best course of action despite unpredictable events.
  • Energy and drive: Passionate about making an impact and showing positive energy to those around you.
  • Strategic thinking: Capable of aligning people and business priorities, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs.
  • Experience design: Ability to design experiences centered on colleagues’ needs, feelings, contexts, and mindsets.
  • Learning Design & Delivery: Apply science-based approaches to create learner-centric programs with strong facilitation skills.
  • Coaching: Provide group and one-on-one coaching for colleagues and leaders at all levels.
