Responsibilities
- Design authentic people experiences and products by creating a comprehensive ecosystem of human interactions, including cultural rituals and growth moments to empower employees.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and improve decision quality.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and People Partners to identify unmet employee needs and opportunities.
- Lead the discovery process for your squad, owning it from problem framing to solution validation.
- Immerse yourself in understanding employee values, motivations, and barriers to success.
- Utilize employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to prioritize problems and solutions based on needs and impact.
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test scalable solutions for diverse roles and contexts.
- Drive cross-functional execution by managing the dependency map.
- Define what success looks like for products before launch and report honestly on performance metrics.
- Partner with leaders and People Partners to create adoption plans, communications, and enablement for managers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching products to market or large internal user bases.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product team responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive and excel in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experienced in defining solutions based on research, data, and insights.
- Genuine interest in creating world-class employee experiences.
- Skilled in breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations.
- Experience in innovation and launching new products and business models is a significant plus.
