The R&D Talent Identification Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating talent identification initiatives, such as competitions and festivals, within the TAT program. This role ensures that all initiatives support the company's vision, foster innovation, and build strong partnerships with key education and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Design & Execution: Lead full-cycle project management for talent competitions and festivals, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the TAT program and the company.
  • Project Planning & Procurement: Prepare comprehensive project plans, covering budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management while securing required approvals to launch initiatives.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with education and government entities, driving engagement among schools and students.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the rollout of initiatives, ensuring each phase meets quality and delivery standards.
  • Marketing & Events Collaboration: Partner with the Events and Marketing teams for effective event planning and promotion strategies.
  • Data & Impact Monitoring: Oversee data collection on participation and outcomes, leading post-initiative evaluations and preparing reports on initiative outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, STEM disciplines, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications in talent management, career coaching, project management (PMP), or HR are advantageous.

Required Experience:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in talent development, R&D program management, or educational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale competitions or talent identification programs.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with education and government sectors.
  • Proven expertise in procurement, contract management, and supplier oversight.
  • Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage).
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
