Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that provide peace of mind.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and integration of CCTV systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress while addressing any concerns or issues with empathy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
- Act as the primary liaison with infrastructure vendors, ensuring quality-driven, SLA-compliant service delivery.
- Evaluate CCTV project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions and establish comprehensive project schedules.
- Establish and oversee support & maintenance framework for deployed smart city solutions, ensuring high availability, uptime, and performance.
- Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.
- Track action items, manage issues, and prioritize tasks.
- Cultivate a supportive environment for team members by valuing their input and encouraging professional growth.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in security or surveillance systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and system integration.
- CCTV certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated.
- Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% as required by the role.
