We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to lead growth across the company’s Physical Intelligence product suite. This senior enterprise sales role focuses on complex, consultative selling into government and large enterprise customers. The role requires a strong technical depth and the ability to translate complex systems into clear business value, particularly in AI platforms, data systems, or robotics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Engagement: Lead high-level technical sales discussions with government and enterprise customers, aligning the company’s solutions to their challenges.
  • Translate Technology into Value: Communicate the capabilities of the company’s platforms—spatial intelligence, predictive insights, simulation, and robotics—in practical terms to a varied audience.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the complete sales process including qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Technical Scoping: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to define solution architectures and integration pathways.
  • Partner Management: Build integrated solutions with ecosystem partners like robotics OEMs and sensor vendors.
  • Support Demos and Pilots: Lead impactful demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase how Physical Intelligence can enhance operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in technical sales or solutions engineering, preferably with government or large enterprise customers.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss spatial intelligence and predictive analytics confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Customer Orientation: Skilled at simplifying complex technologies for diverse audiences with strong relationship-building capability.
  • Commercial Execution: Proven track record in managing lengthy sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Mindset: Combines technical depth with commercial acumen; is proactive and accountable in field engagement.
