Responsibilities
- Act as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects.
- Support the product delivery process by developing delivery process maps and completing assigned tasks for the delivery process.
- Contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs.
- Support Customer Delivery teams, internal partners, and key stakeholders to provide assistance in a market or region.
- Research and deliver solutions for complex problems and respond to inquiries regarding products and tools for internal and external customers.
- Analyze data from product delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics.
- Help identify customer needs and contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete delivery and customer support tasks.
Requirements
- Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, or a related field.
- Understanding of the company’s product delivery process.
- Experience working at the company facilities and on customer business locations.
- Residing in Kuwait.
