This role requires strong technical expertise, effective stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation across customer-facing self-service platforms. Responsibilities include leading the requirement analysis, design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborating with infrastructure, support, and vendor teams to manage 'Run the Bank' operations is essential, as is stabilizing the production environment, handling production incidents, and performing impact analysis on new changes to prevent future disruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desired solutions for business requirements and ensure minimum defect leakages from development and testing phases of the project.
  • Proactively test the desired functionality.
  • Identify system improvements and simplify the system complexity.
  • Provide 24x7 support for self-service channels systems to ensure expected system availability and stability.
  • Monitor and analyze the system; proactively report issues, analyze, and provide solutions.
  • Support service tickets; close service tickets as per agreed SLAs with root cause analysis and bug fixing if required.
  • Coordinate with associated teams for applying Security/OS/DB patches, indexing, performance optimization, etc.
  • Follow up and coordinate with internal teams for SIT, UAT support, and Production Rollout.
  • Ensure smooth production releases by aligning with all stakeholders for sanity checks and verifications.

Required Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of self-service customer-facing ATM & online channels.
  • Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL; PL-SQL knowledge is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of Core Java with external systems integration such as DB/Web services/CRM.
  • Familiarity with Apache/Tomcat or any other web server.
  • Ability to work with Microservice-based applications and provide solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare system documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • 3-5 years of programming and support experience, including 3+ years of project work in a relevant domain.
  • Domain knowledge in Card/ATM/Online systems.
  • Proficiency in ISO-8583 1987 and 1992 formats.
