Manager - Technology Consulting - Data Architect

About the Job: Our Data and Analytics team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. As a Manager in Technology Consulting, you will work closely with clients and diverse teams to address challenging problems with innovative solutions. You will lead multiple client engagement teams and provide a unique business perspective on advanced analytics to help organizations transform and improve their performance.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and ensure quality service delivery.
• Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and budgets while managing risks and stakeholder communications.
• Stay updated on relevant business and industry trends.
• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams, providing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks while partnering with information architecture for data modeling.
• Analyze existing data stores and assist in the development of data management practices.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with approximately 12 years of related work experience.
• At least 6 years of consulting experience with a focus on data and analytics solutions.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience using data and analytics to solve business problems.
• Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data governance principles.
