In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by developing and enhancing client relationships, working with highly skilled project teams, and delivering a first-class customer experience through high-profile engagements. Your responsibilities will include managing engagements across all aspects of design, analysis, and delivery of Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) solutions. You will work with clients on complex issues related to growth strategy, innovation, customer experience, and strategic/digital transformation, especially focusing on improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality deliverables and execute recommendations while ensuring exceptional performance by collaborating with both the engagement team and client’s team.
- Advise clients on strategic decision-making, developing scenarios, formulating strategic options, and creating insights into potential options.
- Support clients in entering/developing new markets, implementing digital customer strategies, and improving customer focus.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle routine and non-routine challenges.
- Strong understanding of economic or market issues and their impact on clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at mid to senior levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and strong presentation skills.
- Organized and capable of anticipating business needs without excessive intervention from leadership.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-12 years of relevant experience in the wealth and asset management industry, technology companies, or large consulting firms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Functional and technical knowledge of Wealth and Asset Management technology platforms (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos).
- Knowledge of Technology/IT Architecture and Data Migration.
- Proven track record of effectively managing projects and client engagements.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
