Manager - Technology Consulting - EPM Solution Architect

As a Manager in Technology Consulting focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), you will play a vital role in helping businesses realize the value from their IT investments. You will be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional client service by advising on technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence that contribute to performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and manage client engagement teams for implementing Digital Finance projects.
• Independently manage projects from blueprint to go-live, applying project management techniques to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide product training to clients and actively share product and functional knowledge.
• Conduct presales activities and product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and support project teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-9+ years in financial performance management and consolidation; 3-5+ years with EPBCS and FCCS.
• Strong understanding of EPM functionalities, including experience with project management, technical implementation, data modeling, and workflow design.
• Relevant educational background in finance, economics, or IT is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping, and calculations.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and Analytical Information Hub (AIH) is a plus.
• Knowledge of writing groovy scripting and business rules.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in EPBCS or FCCS will be advantageous.
