Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully deliver large-scale, multi-vendor, complex IT/technology programs with a proven track record, leading at least three such programs.
- Manage digital transformation programs (e.g., ERP systems, asset management, military maintenance systems) with a minimum of 10–15 years of experience.
- Design, implement, and operate governance structures to ensure effective delivery.
- Operate governance entities and prepare structured presentations for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various domains to enable program delivery and decision-making.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with senior public sector stakeholders and executive leadership, particularly in government and defense.
- Collaborate with diverse teams in multi-country and multi-vendor environments, supervising and managing teams of five to ten or more individuals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ERP and MRO concepts and related systems, particularly SAP and Oracle.
- Familiarity with HR, finance, procurement, maintenance, repair, overhaul, supply chain management, and asset management processes in military contexts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the government sector, specifically in defense—mandatory.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia—preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP and MRO concepts and related systems.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in interfacing with senior leadership.
- Experience in designing and implementing governance structures and models.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
