Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and supervisors delivering projects throughout the entire project life cycle to meet objectives.
- Ensure appropriate governance structures are in place and all areas have achievable plans and timelines.
- Effectively mitigate or resolve risks and issues.
- Responsible for reporting and raising issues to stakeholders concerning program timelines, quality, etc.
- Attend governance meetings as required.
- Ensure successful program delivery and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Lead teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
Key Profile Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ideally 10+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation (focus on SAP Finance), with experience as Program delivery lead on at least 6 projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams for digital transformation projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in leading Finance streams or being in a PMO position.
- Strong knowledge in project management standards and business processes related to requirements collection and product delivery.
- Good public sector knowledge.
- Candidate should be an Arabic speaker.
