We’re looking for a SAP Finance Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Profile Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and experience in presentation to senior leadership
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation (ideally SAP Finance) with experience as a Program delivery lead and SAP Implementation across a minimum of 6 projects
- Proven experience successfully leading and managing a team delivering Digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Consulting experience and SAP implementation experience is a must
- Candidate should be Arabic Speaker
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and supervisors delivering projects throughout the entire project life cycle to meet project objectives
- Ensure appropriate governance structure is in place for the PMO
- Ensure all areas have achievable plans in place and timelines can be met
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues effectively
- Responsible for reporting and raising issues to business stakeholders
- Attend Steering committee, change control board, and other governance meetings as required
- Ensure successful delivery of programs
- Manage stakeholder relationships and issue resolution
- Deliver projects to scope, budget, schedule, and required quality
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Program management and Project management standards
- Knowledge in business processes and practices related to requirement collection and analysis
- Good Public Sector knowledge
- Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena
