We’re looking for an SAP Human Capital Management Project Manager (Manager level) to oversee a team delivering projects throughout the entire project life cycle to meet project objectives. This role requires demonstrated excellence in project management and experience presenting to senior leadership.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Profile Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation, ideally in SAP Human Capital Management.
- Experience as a Program delivery lead and SAP Implementation with a minimum of 6 projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team delivering Digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge in SAP Activate / Agile / Hybrid implementation methodologies.
- Candidate should be an Arabic Speaker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of project managers and supervisors throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure appropriate governance structure is in place and that plans and timelines are achievable.
- Mitigate or resolve risks and issues effectively.
- Responsible for reporting and raising issues to business stakeholders.
- Lead the team to ensure projects are delivered on scope, budget, and schedule.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in leading Human Capital Management stream and SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge in program management and project management standards.
- Good understanding of business processes and practices relevant to product roadmap requirements.
- Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena.
