Key Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation, specifically in SAP Human Capital Management, with experience in a minimum of 6 projects.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and experience in presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a team delivering digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Consulting experience and SAP implementation experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and supervisors throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure appropriate governance and project plans are in place.
- Mitigate or resolve risks and issues effectively.
- Responsible for reporting and addressing issues with stakeholders impacting the project timeline/quality.
- Lead the team to ensure projects are delivered on scope, budget, and schedule.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience leading Human Capital Management streams or in PMO positions.
- Strong knowledge in program management and project management standards.
- Good understanding of business processes and practices.
- Candidate should be an Arabic speaker.
