Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and supervisors delivering projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Ensure appropriate governance structures are in place for the PMO and that plans and timelines are achievable.
- Effectively mitigate or resolve risks and issues while maintaining stakeholder management.
- Lead the team in ensuring successful delivery of projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.
Key Profile Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience, particularly in SAP Digital Transformation with a focus on SAP SCM.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Consulting experience and extensive SAP implementation experience is essential.
Additional Requirements:
- Approximately 10 to 12 years of total experience with a minimum of 6 SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge in program and project management standards and practices.
- Public sector knowledge is beneficial.
- Candidate should be an Arabic speaker.
