Emirates NBD, a market leader in the MENAT region, is seeking a Manager - Threat Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cyber intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination, and correlation, as well as effective reporting for senior management. Responsibilities also include managing incident processes to ensure operational efficiency and maintaining acceptable cyber hygiene levels.

Threat Intelligence:
- Collect and analyze open-source intelligence (OSINT).
- Develop technical expertise on threat actors and attack trends.
- Draft, edit, and review threat intelligence analysis.
- Manage vendor relationships and develop intelligence on threat actor activities.
- Produce intelligence reports on threat and threat actor activities.
- Maintain knowledge of advanced persistent threats and TTPs.

Incident Management:
- Lead investigation and containment teams during incidents.
- Present findings to senior management and prepare relevant reports.
- Identify gaps in processes and remediate them to minimize auditor and regulator observations.

Security Monitoring:
- Assist in Cyber Security Monitoring Operations to detect and mitigate security threats.
- Ensure continuous monitoring operations and assist in documentation maintenance.

Threat Hunting:
- Search networks to detect advanced threats that evade detection.
- Develop efficient threat hunting processes and collaborate to enhance operational intelligence.

People Management:
- Coach and mentor security team members.
- Manage conflicts and ensure team members maintain high technical acumen.

Project Management:
- Suggest new solutions to improve security monitoring posture.
- Conduct proofs of concept for new technologies and manage security projects.
Key Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (ESSENTIAL).
- Master's degree in relevant fields is DESIRABLE.

Certifications:
- GREM, GCIH, GCFA, OCSP, EnCE, CISSP (ESSENTIAL).

Experience:
- 5 years in Cloud Security, Cyber Hunt, or technical Information Security positions.
- 7-10 years of overall technology experience.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Cyber Threat intelligence technologies and investigative tools.
- Experience with multiple operating systems and scripting/programming (primarily Python).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and execution skills.
