Position

The Manager - Trade App Support is responsible for managing the assigned unit. This role acts as a facilitator for transforming business requirements into effective solutions. The incumbent will review business requirements and liaise with internal and external parties to evaluate and supervise suitable solutions. The Team Leader will propose enhancements to business and technical processes to improve automation in the respective business area, oversee project activities, and ensure that implementations adhere to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand current business issues, objectives, and expectations from IT. Ensure that requirements are communicated, understood, and their status agreed upon and approved.
  • Facilitate the development of project charters, resource and time estimations, oversee projects at various stages, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Engage with business units periodically and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT requirement handling, addressing escalations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ensure proper assignment, planning, tracking, updates, and closure of all Service Requests, Change Requests, and Incident Tickets assigned to the team.
  • Conduct periodic team meetings to cover unit activities, projects, and issues, actively contribute to achieving team goals, and provide necessary training and career planning for staff.

Requirements

  • Domain knowledge of Eximbills Enterprise / Customer Enterprise and associated applications.
  • Experience in Project Management / Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – Waterfall, Iterative, Agile (Scrum).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Must have experience with IBM-ESB/MQ delivery methodology and implementation of ESB best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of systems integration, data processing, hardware platforms, databases, and application servers.
