Manager, Treasury Technology - Injaz-TCM & Wealth Platforms - Trading Systems

This role in the United Arab Emirates focuses on managing the Front office Trading and Sales desk Business production support for the critical trading application, Fin mechanics Converge (FMC). The successful candidate will develop and execute the Business support strategy for both Business and technology, aiming to achieve specific objectives and goals. Responsibilities include delivering business analysis and support solutions to meet business and functional requirements while supporting trading applications that hold significant financial risk for the bank.

The Manager will be accountable for creating functional specification documentation and ensuring that support is available on the trading floor within agreed service level agreements (SLA), schedules, budgets, and scope parameters. This includes overseeing testing and maintaining quality and compliance controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles with management of complex end-to-end systems implementations.
• Strong business orientation and domain knowledge to understand user requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of current technology trends and experience in implementing Treasury and wealth technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and expertise in implementation methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Excellent project management skills with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
