The Manager of UPA.TECH in End User Services at the company is responsible for overseeing all aspects of user access management across a wide range of systems within the organization. This position involves ensuring seamless and secure access for users, effective issue resolution, and ongoing improvements to user profile processes. The manager will lead a team dedicated to supporting the organization’s banking applications, ensuring service continuity, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and secure administration of user profiles across all banking systems, aligning access with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Lead the team to resolve user access issues and system-related problems, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Continuously review and refine user profile administration processes to find opportunities for automation, optimization, and risk reduction.
- Deliver user access requests, conduct access reviews, and deactivate redundant profiles per company policies.
- Align user profile management with security best practices, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
Operating Environment:
This role operates in a dynamic, multi-regional banking environment that requires an understanding of different business needs, working hours, and time zones. The team supports multiple banking applications and ensures accurate management of user profiles across various systems while adhering to established SOPs and security protocols.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of experience in a technology-oriented banking environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking applications including Core-Banking, RCMS, CRM, EDMS, GTS, PRIME, Select, BPM, Oracle Financials, Flex-cube Direct Banking, and SWIFT.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical planning skills.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
