Position

The key purpose of this role is to bring the M2M proposition and customer experience to life in order to achieve the assigned targets for the segment. The role has to liaise with all relevant functions including but not limited to product marketing, communications, customer operations, sales, regulatory, and pricing by executing all necessary activities like market research, data evaluation, sales process adaptation, customer journey design, prototyping, go-to-market support, and post-sales reporting in order to achieve the target gross addition, revenue, base, gross margin, and customer NPS/BHI KPIs.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Segment P&L ownership
  • End-to-end ownership of M2M portfolio with a digitalization and simplification focus
  • Designing ATL promotions and propositions for GLK customers
  • Managing acquisitions and developing onboarding journeys with CE
  • Developing propositions & business cases for the M2M market, including industry vertical business solutions in collaboration with the ICT team to create end-to-end IoT use cases
  • Designing GTM activities including launch management and communication
  • Developing & executing strategies to increase M2M market share
  • Working with ICT to develop partnerships with vertical application providers to enhance core M2M products and increase share of wallet.

Qualifications include a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing. Experience should encompass a minimum of 7-10 years in a Segment Marketing role along with M2M experience, preferably with a telecom operator.

The role requires:

  • Good knowledge of the M2M market dynamics, particularly in customer value proposition development in the mobile business
  • Strong expertise in customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, and marketing research, coupled with creativity for new market innovations
  • Solid analytical skills to navigate a complex and evolving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to operate effectively in a cross-functional setting
  • A robust understanding of communications and media
  • A good grasp of core technology, APIs, and its enablers, with an emphasis on mobile networks and IT BSS platforms.
