Manager, Venture Building

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Venture Building team at VentureOne, an innovation hub—a hotbed of creativity—where groundbreaking ideas come to reality. As a Manager, you will play a key part in identifying, launching, and scaling new ventures within VentureOne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Opportunity Evaluation:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new venture opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop business plans and financial models for potential ventures, including go-to-market strategies and competitive analyses.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions or partnerships to accelerate venture growth.

• Venture Launch and Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of venture launch plans, including team building, product development, fundraising, and marketing.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure progress against milestones.
  • Secure necessary funding for ventures through internal or external sources.

• Growth and Scaling:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for launched ventures, focusing on customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation.
  • Build and manage key partnerships that contribute to venture success.
  • Analyze venture performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and profitability.

• Collaboration and Ecosystem Building:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure support for venture initiatives.
  • Build relationships with external innovation players such as startups, accelerators, and investors.
  • Contribute to the broader innovation ecosystem within the company and industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in venture building, corporate innovation, or a related field with a successful track record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and presenting business plans and financial models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the industry.
