Position

The purpose of this role is to assess, analyze, manage, optimize, and report the available capacity across designated units at all times. Responsibilities include planning for future capacity based on forecasted demand, monitoring and assessing the capability and allocation of resources in accordance with required skills, and managing third-party contractual staff. The Manager will collaborate closely with various departments such as Procurement, HR, PMO, and Finance to visualize, present, and maintain resource data while making recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring recruiting metrics, and applying analytical models to enhance forecasting accuracy.

The manager will develop and maintain workforce forecasts, create and manage schedules, monitor workforce performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce management tools and processes.

Key requirements for this position include 10-15 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, HR, or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in team leadership and people management. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred. A university degree or equivalent work experience is required, and banking qualifications are a plus. Proficiency in workforce management systems (e.g., Oracle HRMS) and strong MS Excel and data analysis skills are essential. Candidates should possess the ability to translate customer demand into capacity and staffing requirements, alongside strong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data and track program metrics.
