As a Manager, Workplace Tech, you will be responsible for the daily general operations of the department, managing multiple areas towards maximum productivity and operational efficiency. Your role includes ensuring that digital tools, platforms, and infrastructure used by employees are reliable and secure, developing a workplace technology roadmap, overseeing collaboration tools, managing devices, and participating in on-call rotations for workplace technology incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team in a demanding environment
- Develop and implement a workplace technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and IT for future workplace planning
- Oversee selection and optimization of collaboration tools
- Ensure seamless integration of tools across teams
- Manage device lifecycle and enforce endpoint security
- Lead vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Establish metrics to track digital workplace adoption and user satisfaction
- Champion employee training on workplace technologies
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in managing end-user technologies and IT operations
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based productivity suites and collaboration tools
- Strong background in device lifecycle management and digital collaboration
- Proven leadership in project management and vendor negotiation
- Knowledge of IT service management processes and ITIL; ITIL v4 certification preferred
- Understanding of security and desktop management practices
