Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Testing:
- Harness AI-powered tools for automated test case generation and execution, ensuring enhanced efficiency and comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement AI methodologies to test virtual assistants and chatbots, focusing on prompt accuracy, conversational flows, and overall user interaction reliability.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to identify high-risk testing areas and predict potential system failures.
- Develop AI-based frameworks to create detailed test reports, highlighting progress and defects.
- Use predictive analytics for improved planning of future testing needs.
- Deliver real-time reporting and insights for informed decision-making by stakeholders.

- Drive innovation by implementing an AI testing framework that standardizes operational testing with measurable improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 3 years in AI-driven testing or automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic may be advantageous.
- Solid problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages is advantageous.
