The Manager/Cyber Project Delivery & Assurance will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of products, services, and solutions to enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the technical complaint handling process to swiftly address customer concerns.
- Developing and managing project plans for large undertakings, ensuring timely and quality execution by all involved parties.
- Proactively reporting on delivery issues and maintaining communication about the current status of projects.
- Monitoring the network and infrastructure of both the organization and customers to ensure availability for upcoming projects, removing any obstacles as necessary.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customer organizations, ensuring integrity in all related responsibilities.
- Addressing or escalating issues as needed and assessing their implications on project deliverables.
- Analyzing technical requirements from proposals and contracts to formulate actionable plans.
- Participating in the pre-sales and bid management processes as required.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding installation and maintenance status.
- Enhancing service quality standards and practices in compliance with corporate guidelines.
