Position

The Manager/Cyber Project Delivery & Assurance will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of products, services, and solutions to enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the technical complaint handling process to swiftly address customer concerns.
  • Developing and managing project plans for large undertakings, ensuring timely and quality execution by all involved parties.
  • Proactively reporting on delivery issues and maintaining communication about the current status of projects.
  • Monitoring the network and infrastructure of both the organization and customers to ensure availability for upcoming projects, removing any obstacles as necessary.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customer organizations, ensuring integrity in all related responsibilities.
  • Addressing or escalating issues as needed and assessing their implications on project deliverables.
  • Analyzing technical requirements from proposals and contracts to formulate actionable plans.
  • Participating in the pre-sales and bid management processes as required.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding installation and maintenance status.
  • Enhancing service quality standards and practices in compliance with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and delivery, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
