About the Job:
Responsible for managing the Digital Business Design strategy for key areas of the digital landscape, including Website, Self-care, Content, Social, Mobile, IVR, SMS, and USSD. The role involves overseeing the strategic creation of Digital Customer Journey and Experience strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and upgrades for all Business Online Services. The position entails delivering on digital marketing sales and being responsible for the strategy and execution of various digital business experiences across both mobile and desktop platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal supporting organizations and vendors to execute, manage, and measure the customer experience across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage site results and develop tactical plans to enhance online channel performance.
  • Support the adoption of online channels, creating communication strategies to drive the use of B2B Portal functionalities.
  • Develop initiatives and metrics to support overall strategy, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
  • Monitor and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) results in collaboration with the CX team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver optimized website experiences through best practices, content strategy, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Support the development of reports and analytics related to Digital Channels and identify automation opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure effective utilization of budgets and manage initiatives that align with brand strategy.
  • Foster a highly engaged team that aligns with corporate strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
  • Master’s degree in business or equivalent is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in online marketing management, process design/re-engineering in a large multinational telco or technology organization.
