This position works cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Digital Channel teams to ensure wireframes, flows, and design logic are aligned with user needs, accessibility standards, and digital design best practices.
Responsibilities:

UX Design Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end interaction design process across platforms and products.
- Utilize established UX frameworks (e.g., user journey mapping, service blueprints) to guide design decision-making and maintain consistency across products.
- Lead UX research collaboration, translating insights into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
- Champion usability best practices and ensure outputs meet accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with Visual Design and Content teams for cohesive digital experiences.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of interaction designers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct design critiques, wireframe reviews, and usability evaluations.
- Drive adoption of user-centered design methodologies and evidence-based decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between Product, Technology, CX, and Digital Channels for UX design alignment.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile rituals to drive design delivery.
- Own UX intake and prioritization processes for interaction design-related requests.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Track UX performance through usability testing, engagement metrics, and user feedback.
- Improve wireframe consistency, flow efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in UX design with 3+ years managing UX teams.
- Strong expertise in Figma, user research collaboration, wireframe tools, accessibility, and agile UX delivery.
- Experience with prototyping, testing frameworks, and analytics tools for UX performance.
