Manager/IT & Security Procurement

The Manager of IT & Security Procurement will be responsible for managing procurement operations focused on IT solutions, licenses, products, hardware, software, and security products and solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting data on historical spending by category in collaboration with procurement, budget holders, and finance functions of OpCos (Operating Companies).
• Executing the "Strategic Sourcing Category Execution" and associated RFx processes, ensuring effective collaboration with budget holders and finance.
• Building long-term partnerships with approved vendors to achieve cost-saving opportunities and ensure clarity in contractual agreements, including deliverable specifications and service levels.
• Managing transactional procurement in line with strategic sourcing guidelines, promoting timely issuance of purchase orders.
• Monitoring deliverables, vendor performance, and maintaining open communication regarding the contract.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of Procurement/Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of experience in procurement operations within a large multinational telecommunications or technology organization, with at least 6 years in a managerial position.
