The Manager of IT & Security Procurement is responsible for:
- Collecting historical spend data per category in collaboration with the procurement teams, budget holders, and finance functions of the operational companies (OpCos).
- Forecasting the launch of new products/services and the adoption of new technologies to consolidate demand into a comprehensive group-wide Master Procurement Plan.
- Executing the Strategic Sourcing Category and overseeing the RFx process from preparation to execution in liaison with budget holders and finance.
- Reducing direct and indirect costs by establishing long-term partnerships with approved vendors, promoting vendor rationalization, and creating cost-saving opportunities.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial terms and contractual clauses, ensuring compliance with procurement processes and standards before finalizing agreements with vendors.
- Managing 'Transactional Procurement' in accordance with strategic sourcing guidelines and existing agreements, facilitating timely issuance of purchase orders to safeguard service performance.
- Ensuring consistent delivery against contractual commitments and monitoring vendor performance, with a focus on maintaining communication and promptly addressing any contractual deviations.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field of Procurement/Supply Chain.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement operations within a large multinational telecommunications or technology organization, with at least 6 years in a managerial or leadership position focused on IT solutions, licenses, IT products, hardware, software, and security products and solutions.
