Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field; M.S. degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in the identity management industry.
- Experience in leading IAM products (e.g., Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping).
- Understanding of various IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Experience with Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design, including directory schema, namespace, and replication topology experience.
- Experience with Identity & Access Governance, including role-based access control, access requests, and certification.
- Understanding of information security principles and best practices (e.g., ISO27001).
- Qualifications such as CISSP, CCNA, and CCNP; certifications from leading vendors are preferred.
- An awareness of security architecture is a plus.
