About the Role
Join our team in the Middle East as part of the company Digital, where we are shaping the customer-centric transformation of tomorrow and accelerating digital change. In this role, you will strengthen our Customer and Marketing consulting portfolio and leverage your passion for CRM through a holistic approach to process advisory and optimization, as well as implementation and operational management of sales and service solutions.
Areas of Responsibility
- Provide advisory on CRM initiatives and manage CRM projects; from roadmap creation, to target operating model definition, to software selection process, to software implementation.
Required Skills
- 7-15 years of consulting experience, involved in advisory on CRM. Scoping, analysis, design, development, and delivery of CRM and CX solutions (Salesforce, SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics or others).
- Proven experience in setting the CRM roadmap, strategy, and operating model.
- Experience in sectors such as banking, retail, energy, or government.
- CRM functional and technical "Techno-Functional" experience, including extensive business process knowledge in areas such as sales and service management, contact centers, CPQ, with various technologies including integration areas.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and drive functional and technical discussions.
- Educational background in computer science, engineering, business administration, or comparable training; career changers are also welcome.
- A pronounced affinity for new technologies and modern/agile methods of project management.
- Previous consulting experience is required in an advisory capacity.
- A passion for consulting work and the associated willingness to travel.
