Role Responsibilities:
- Shape enterprise healthcare data platforms, interoperability layers, analytics ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions for large-scale healthcare transformation programs.
- Collaborate with senior healthcare and government stakeholders, the company delivery teams, cloud specialists, data engineers, cybersecurity experts, and responsible AI teams.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for healthcare data and AI solutions, including lakehouse platforms and analytics workbenches.
- Design enterprise healthcare data models, interoperability frameworks, and exchange patterns across healthcare organizations.
- Architect HIE-enabled solutions to support secure data sharing across clinical systems.
- Define AI-enabled solutions utilizing ML, GenAI, and agentic AI for various healthcare use cases.
- Establish AI lifecycle and MLOps, ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Develop data governance controls encompassing data quality, privacy, security, and more.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on data strategy and AI adoption.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in data, AI, cloud, solution architecture, healthcare technology, or digital transformation.
- Strong exposure to healthcare or public-sector transformation programs.
- Experience in designing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to various stakeholders.
- Consulting experience or significant client-facing delivery experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Data architecture, interoperability, AI stack, and healthcare NLP/document intelligence.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP and secure enterprise architecture patterns.
Healthcare Domain Experience:
- Experience with clinical, claims, insurance, pharmacy, and regulatory reporting data.
- Comfortable working in regulated environments with healthcare stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large healthcare data platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy, consent management, and responsible AI.
- Arabic language skills or previous work in the GCC healthcare ecosystem is advantageous.
