Responsibilities:
- Execute strategy through management of strategic initiatives and cross-functional capabilities within the CTIO and other CXOs organizations.
- Derive, initiate, manage, monitor, govern, and control related programs/projects across the Technology Department linked to strategic initiatives.
- Provide periodic support for corporate strategic initiatives, strategic alliance engagements, and governance/control for portfolio management.
- Lead a team of program/project managers to deliver value through strategy execution.
- Liaise with strategy and architecture teams to build execution strategies for initiatives and programs.
- Manage multiple allocated programs/projects in compliance with program management frameworks.
- Document and maintain all program-related documentation, such as project plans, charters, and risk registers.
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration between TPM and stakeholders.
- Prepare, finalize, and maintain operational plans for related programs/projects.
- Perform analytics on financial records and project management data.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years in the Telecommunications Industry.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years managing complex programs or projects.
