Position

The Technology Program Management Office is accountable for building, creating, overseeing, and guiding cross-functional programs aligned with technology strategy. This role involves creating a program governance environment for enhanced performance across technology. The candidate will identify, build, grow, adopt, and enhance technology program management skills to ensure continuous value-driven delivery through collaboration, engagement, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategy through management of strategic initiatives and cross-functional capabilities within the CTIO and other CXOs organizations.
  • Derive, initiate, manage, monitor, govern, and control related programs/projects across the Technology Department linked to strategic initiatives.
  • Provide periodic support for corporate strategic initiatives, strategic alliance engagements, and governance/control for portfolio management.
  • Lead a team of program/project managers to deliver value through strategy execution.
  • Liaise with strategy and architecture teams to build execution strategies for initiatives and programs.
  • Manage multiple allocated programs/projects in compliance with program management frameworks.
  • Document and maintain all program-related documentation, such as project plans, charters, and risk registers.
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration between TPM and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, finalize, and maintain operational plans for related programs/projects.
  • Perform analytics on financial records and project management data.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years in the Telecommunications Industry.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • 2+ years managing complex programs or projects.
