The Advisors & Consulting Services team at Mastercard is dedicated to acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets and technology to deliver powerful insights and recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across a variety of industries and problem statements.
- Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients utilizing data science tools, including Test & Learn®.
- Maintain key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client needs and change readiness.
- Provide analytical and technical expertise to drive client success.
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions for clients.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science.
- Experience managing key client relationships and coaching teams.
- Knowledge of business KPIs and financials, with strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language, where applicable.
- Must be eligible to work in the country where you are applying.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in data modeling (e.g., SQL), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or time series analysis.
- Relevant industry expertise, with an MBA or master's degree being a plus.
