Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services – Strategy & Transformation

In the role of Managing Consultant within the Advisors & Consulting Services team, you will lead clients through impactful decision-making processes while addressing strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. You will leverage Mastercard's rich data assets and proprietary technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
• Developing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Building and managing key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal Mastercard teams to scope projects and create relevant solutions for clients.
• Providing on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Basic qualifications include an undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields. Experience in managing teams and key client relationships is required, as well as knowledge of business KPIs and financials. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.

Preferred qualifications involve experience in generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions, and relevant industry expertise, with an MBA or a master’s degree being an advantage (though not required).

Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable) are necessary. All candidates must have the eligibility to work in the country where they are applying and be able to apply for travel visas as required.
