The Managing Consultant role within the Advisors Program Management (Payments & Program Management Consultant) team is pivotal in delivering end-to-end services that help customers grow. This position blends strategy and execution, focusing on managing high-visibility payments programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving program strategy and roadmap creation.
  • Leading execution for platform enablement, digital payments adoption, and changes in issuer/acquirer deliveries.
  • Designing activation and retention strategies across various channels.
  • Recommending pricing constructs and commercial partnerships to enhance program profitability.
  • Building decision dashboards and operationalizing insights rapidly.
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining auditable documentation for complex changes.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to sustain performance and optimize after launch.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 8–12 years in payments programs, consulting, product development, or project management.
  • Proven outcomes in consumer and/or SME portfolios with hands-on delivery of platform changes and lifecycle programs.
  • Strong background in compliance, data analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree/MBA is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable for GCC stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and familiarity with project management and BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

Full-time, Hybrid

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel across EEMEA as needed.
