The Data & Services team is essential for the company, offering end-to-end services that drive customer growth by combining traditional management consulting with data assets and technology to provide strategic insights and measurable outcomes. The Advisors Program Management unit focuses on expert execution support, involving the deployment and value realization from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution.

As a Managing Consultant, you will:

  • Own and drive high-visibility payments programs, designing the roadmap, executing delivery, and demonstrating value through data.
  • Blend strategy and execution by handling issuer/acquirer changes, platform rollouts, and regulatory/scheme updates collaboratively across various departments.
  • Impact measurable metrics and engage with senior stakeholders, all while leveraging the autonomy to make informed decisions.
  • Drive program strategy and roadmap through co-creation of comprehensive plans, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
  • Lead lifecycle programs and activate various marketing channels for enhanced user adoption and retention, while focusing on revenue growth and analytics partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program strategy with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Execute platform enablement and manage payments adoption.
  • Design and run programs for activation of services, usage enhancement, and retention improvement.
  • Recommend pricing strategies to enhance program profitability.
  • Align and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance.

All About You:

Experience:

  • 8-12 years in payments programs, consulting, or project management with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Experience in lifecycle management, payments adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects and optimize processes.

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees/MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable for working with GCC stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to travel within the EEMEA region as required.
  • Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and familiarity with payments platforms are advantageous.
