Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Roadmap: Co-create multi-workstream plans and convert them into quarterly objectives and key results.
  • Payments Delivery: Lead execution for platform enablement, digital payment adoption, and regulatory updates.
  • Lifecycle Programs: Manage activation and retention across various channels, optimizing performance through testing and targeting.
  • Commercials & Revenue Levers: Recommend pricing constructs and merchant partnerships to grow program profitability.
  • Analytics Partnership: Build decision-making dashboards and rapidly operationalize insights.

  • Value Realization: Set benchmarks and drive optimization post-launch.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8–12 years in payments programs, consulting, or project management, with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable for engaging with GCC stakeholders.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with program/campaign tools and BI platforms. Certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel across EEMEA as needed.

Corporate Security Responsibility:

All individuals working for or on behalf of the company are expected to abide by security policies, ensuring the confidentiality of information accessed and reporting any suspected security violations.
