The Advisors & Consulting Services team within the company focuses on acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our team combines traditional management consulting with the company's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. We work with a diverse global customer base across various industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across industries, primarily consulting on fraud management and related products.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Cultivate key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agendas, internal cultures, and change readiness.
  • Provide leadership in analytical and project delivery team settings, creating a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with internal company stakeholders, including Product and Business Development, to scope projects and create relevant solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, management, or product management.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams in consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Strong analytical and numerical analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying and ability to apply for travel visas as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions.
  • Relevant industry expertise, particularly in fraud scoring products.
  • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required).

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work model (combination of remote and on-site work).

Language Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
