The Managing Consultant will also provide subject matter expertise through workshops and consulting engagements that assess a client’s security capabilities. This may include examining aspects related to policy, process, technology, or organizational structure, identifying gaps, and recommending cost-effective best practices to reduce client risks and enhance their security posture. Strong hands-on implementation experience and deep technical knowledge of Security Governance tools are required for this position.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business issues and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise through workshops and consulting engagements assessing security capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and recommend best practices to minimize risks related to security.
  • Assist in pre-sales, sales, closure, and the delivery of security consulting services with local teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience in the Cyber Strategy and Risk domain.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead large groups and be a primary facilitator.
  • Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NCA, SOC 2, COBIT, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in a project-based/client-serving model and to engage in complex deals.
