Position

As a Managing Consultant in the Cyber Strategy & Risk domain, you will be part of the company security consulting team that delivers customized solutions for clients rather than basic product installations. Your role involves collaborating with clients to identify and address their specific business challenges. You will assess clients' security capabilities—including policies, processes, technologies, and organizational structures—to pinpoint gaps and recommend best practices to enhance security measures while keeping budgets in mind.

You will utilize your hands-on implementation experience and in-depth knowledge of Security Governance tools to provide subject matter expertise through workshops and consulting engagements. This includes engaging in pre-sales activities and organizing the delivery of security consulting services in collaboration with local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic security advisory services as a trusted client advisor and technical lead.
  • Provide expertise in Cyber Strategy and Risk, focusing on areas such as Security Architecture, Cloud Security, and Regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NCA, SOC 2, COBIT, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and large group meetings, effectively shaping client expectations.
  • Work within a project-based/client-serving model while leading diverse teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant consulting experience in the Cyber Strategy and Risk domain.
  • Proven experience across various client verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management model.
