The Services within the company is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with the company's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness independently.
  • Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with internal the company's stakeholders to scope projects and build relevant solutions for clients.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements.
  • Experience managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience in drafting proposals.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language, if applicable.
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying and ability to apply for travel visas as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions.
  • Relevant industry expertise in payments or financial services.
  • Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence knowledge preferred.
  • MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required).

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Language Requirement:

  • Effective communication in English and the local office language (if applicable).
