The Advisors & Consulting Services group at the company is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. This team combines traditional management consulting with the company’s data assets and proprietary platforms to provide powerful strategic insights and recommendations to clients across various industries, such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Impact:

    • Lead client engagements across diverse industries, focusing on fraud management and related products.
    • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients using data and technology to unlock client value.
    • Maintain key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture:

    • Guide the team towards creative insights and impactful client presentations while nurturing team members' skills.
    • Provide leadership in project delivery and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
    • Collaborate with internal the company stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or card fraud products.
    • Experience in coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements.
    • Expertise in managing key client relationships and knowledge of business KPIs and organizational leadership.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in generating new knowledge or innovative solutions.
    • Relevant industry expertise on fraud scoring products.
    • MBA or master's degree (not required).
